Agreement to Terms

By using Slugly, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Account Usage

You must be at least 18 years old to use Slugly. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit the use of Slugly for any of the following:

  • Spam: Sending unsolicited mass communications or using short links in spam emails.
  • Malware: Linking to sites containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Illegal Content: Linking to illegal material, including but not limited to copyrighted material without permission, drugs, or explicit content.
  • Deception: Using short links for phishing, fraud, or deceptive marketing practices.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund and a permanent ban from our services.

Lifetime Deal (LTD) Terms

Slugly is offered on a "Lifetime Deal" basis for its current premium tiers (Starter, PRO, Max). This means you pay once and have access to the service for the lifetime of the product.

  • The "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of Slugly as a product.
  • While we intend to keep the product running indefinitely, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features as needed to ensure long-term stability.
  • We do not guarantee a specific uptime, though we strive for maximum availability.

Payments and Tiers

Payments are handled securely by Dodo Payments.

  • Starter: 1 domain, 5k links, B&W PNG QR.
  • PRO: 3 domains, unlimited links, color QR, UTMs, 1yr analytics.
  • Max: 10 domains, logo QR, SVG export, forever deep analytics.

Limitation of Liability

Slugly is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
