14-Day Refund Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Slugly. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 14-day "No Questions Asked" refund window from the date of your purchase.
After 14 days, your purchase is considered final and no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all our premium tiers (Starter, PRO, Max).
Digital Product Nature
Slugly is a digital product and access to the service is granted immediately upon purchase. This refund policy is designed to give you a risk-free trial while also protecting our business from potential abuse.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Via Dodo Payments: You can manage your purchase and request a refund directly through the Dodo Payments customer portal using the email you used for purchase.
- Via Email: Contact us at support@slugly.app with your order details and we'll process it for you within 48 hours.
Account Deletion
When a refund is processed, your premium features will be revoked immediately and your account may be downgraded to an unpaid status. We reserve the right to delete all associated links and domains for refunded accounts.
Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests by the same user or creating excessive links/domains during the refund period.
